As a Senior Market Research Analyst, Dani Rutz leads and executes high-quality, high visibility programs and projects for TSG’s clients. With a background in consumer insights in the retail sector, Dani brings a unique perspective to the growing Market Intelligence team centered around the customer experience of both the consumers and merchants. Her areas of interest include pricing strategies, value-added services, merchant retention, and consumer trends.
In her previous role, Dani led multiple research efforts including brand tracking, brand loyalty (i.e., NPS, likelihood to return, satisfaction), market share analyses, and consumer behavior surveys. She also led the implementation of an enterprise-wide customer experience program on a state-of-the-art SaaS platform.
Dani received her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they welcomed their baby boy, Bennett, in February of 2021. In what little free time she has, Dani enjoys reading, binge-watching tv series, and dog training.
