Shawna Kozisek is a results-oriented payments professional with over 25 years of merchant acquiring and banking experience. She enjoys establishing new functions and processes, solving problems, and helping businesses research and develop new products and markets.

She also headed several strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth and client retention. After TSYS purchased FNMS in 2010, Shawna served as the FNMS integration business owner for the 200,000-plus hour project.

Shawna is a lifelong learner with an avid interest in both business and history. She has a Master of Arts – History from the University of Nebraska Kearney, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha, and a Bachelor of Arts – History from the University of Washington. Shawna is also Pragmatic Institute product management certified and a Six Sigma Blackbelt.

Shawna is an avid gardener and loves to travel and be physically fit. When she is not listening to history podcasts, she is outside enjoying nature, traveling near and far, or enjoying time with her husband and friends.
